If the product supplied by us has a manufacturing defect or is not as per the sample provided, we will gladly replace it or refund the full amount. However, we are unable to offer any replacements or refunds if you simply change your mind. So please choose carefully.

Yes, we are happy to supply the flags and banners as per your design and specification. There is no minimum order quantity. For this, we will need artwork in specific formats like a high resolution PDF or an EPS with PMS colours. If you do not have print ready artwork, we have experienced Graphic designers who can create the artwork. Our charges for this service are very reasonable.

The most preferred method is by a bank transfer to our account. You can also pay by cheque, credit card or paypal. A small surcharge applies on card and paypal payments.

Most of the enquiries can be handled over the phone and by email. However, in a rare case where the situation calls for it, we will come to you. This is a totally obligation free service.

It is normal for flags and banners to fade and fray in normal conditions. In severe weather conditions, the wear and tear would be quicker. Thus we cannot guarantee the life of a flag because every flag is subjected to different weather conditions. However, we take all the efforts to ensure that our flags and banners are made to highest quality standards to be able to withstand the wear and tear for a longer period.

With our reasonable pricing, we recommend that the customer chooses replacement over repairing. However, if it is a minor repairing job, we can assist you.
